FutureFellows, the new fellowship program by IFRC Solferino Academy focuses on equipping the rising stars of the different National Societies of the International Movement of Red Cross Red Crescent with the skills and resources to drive change and innovation internally.

Selected fellows will be offered a dynamic development program that includes inspiration from a range of industry leaders from across the humanitarian, academic and private sectors as well as concrete support from a cohort of skilled coaches!

Fellows will work to confront major challenges facing humanitarianism in the 21st century and collaborate to test solutions in order to facilitate the transformation of the organisation, as described in the Strategy 2030.

This year, IFRC Solferino Academy will offer scholarships to all participants. In the selection process, Solferino Academy aims to create a diverse group of FutureFellows that is spread globally across various National Societies.

You will find more information on the curriculum and the selection process on the Solferino Academy website. The deadline for applications is on 21st March.
