Mobile Telecare, providing autonomy to elderly and disabled people
The Mobile Telecare (TAM) project aims to provide autonomy and security to elderly and disabled people inside and outside their homes through a mobile app or a smartwatch.
The Spanish Red Cross has implemented a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) to automate some interactive processes related to Contact Centers: user data collection, information management, marketing campaigns and planning of teams according to workloads.
IFRC proposes digital transformation 2030, describing in one of its points the literacy of data with respect to National Societies (NS). It means that each NS is transformed to implement a culture of data that allows improving decision-making based on evidence. The Information Management (IM) project aims to implement and spread this culture in the initiatives it manages.
