The call is launched! Solferino Academy, the Think & Do Tank for Innovation of the International Federation of the Red Cross and Red Crescent (IFRC) is inviting all young volunteers and staff aged from 18 to 30 years old to submit an innovative project proposal to help the communities recover from the pandemic’s impact.

From 28 June 2021 to 16 July 2021, all candidates can apply in one of the 17 available languages and therefore may hope to be selected among the 500 people who will join the Academy.

What are the benefits? Joining the Academy allows the candidates to gain seed funding to develop a first experimentation phase. 50 projects will then be selected and receive additional funding. In the end 15 finalists will be selected to run their long-term innovation thanks to another funding envelope of EUR 10 000.

Some webinars are held on 9 June, 16 June and 7 July to help the candidates with their application. Other webinars held throughout the month of June will also offer different approaches and tools for innovation.

If you too have a limitless motivation to help your community and especially to find responses to Covid-19, you can find more information and apply at https://limitless.solferinoacademy.com.
